By accessing or using Revvard AI (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service. The Service is operated by Revvard AI ("we", "our", or "us").

2. Description of Service

Revvard AI is an AI-powered platform that helps Amazon sellers manage and grow their business. The Service provides analytics, recommendations, inventory planning, profit calculations, advertising insights, and other tools by connecting to your Amazon Seller Central account via Amazon's Selling Partner API.

3. Account Registration

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
• You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service
• One person or entity may not maintain more than one account
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account

4. Amazon Account Connection

To use the full features of the Service, you must connect your Amazon Seller Central account via OAuth authorization. By doing so, you:

• Grant us permission to access your seller data as described in our Privacy Policy
• Confirm that you are the authorized owner or administrator of the Amazon seller account
• Understand that you can revoke access at any time through Amazon Seller Central
• Acknowledge that data accuracy depends on Amazon's API and may have delays

5. Subscription and Payments

• The Service is offered on a subscription basis with monthly or annual billing
• Prices are listed on our website and may change with 30 days notice
• Payments are processed securely through Stripe
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date
• Refunds are available within 14 days of initial purchase if you are unsatisfied
• No refunds for partial months after the 14-day period

6. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Use the Service to violate Amazon's Terms of Service or policies
• Share your account credentials with others
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or replicate the Service
• Use the Service to harm, harass, or deceive other sellers or customers
• Scrape, crawl, or automatically extract data from the Service
• Use the Service for any illegal purpose
• Resell or redistribute access to the Service

7. AI Recommendations Disclaimer

The Service provides AI-generated recommendations, insights, and suggestions. These are informational only and do not constitute professional business, financial, or legal advice. You are solely responsible for decisions made based on our recommendations. We do not guarantee any specific business outcomes, revenue increases, or cost savings. Past performance data shown in the Service does not guarantee future results.

8. Data Accuracy

While we strive for accuracy, data displayed in the Service is sourced from Amazon's APIs and may be subject to delays, inaccuracies, or temporary unavailability. We are not responsible for decisions made based on inaccurate data provided by Amazon's systems. Always verify critical business decisions against your Amazon Seller Central dashboard.

9. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, code, AI models, algorithms, and content, is owned by Revvard AI and protected by intellectual property laws. Your subscription grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for your business purposes.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Revvard AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Service Availability

We aim for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control (including Amazon API outages). We will notify users of planned maintenance when possible.

12. Termination

• You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings
• We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these terms
• Upon termination, your data will be retained for 30 days then permanently deleted
• Sections regarding liability, intellectual property, and disputes survive termination

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification at least 30 days before taking effect. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

14. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Australia. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of New South Wales, Australia.
