Revvard AI ("we", "our", or "us") operates the Revvard AI platform (the "Service"), an AI-powered operating system for Amazon sellers. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our Service.

  • Billing information (processed by Stripe)

2.2 Amazon Seller Data

When you connect your Amazon Seller account via OAuth, we access the following data with your explicit permission:

  • Product listings and catalog information
  • Sales and order metrics (aggregated, not individual customer data)
  • Advertising campaign performance data
  • Inventory levels
  • Financial summaries and payouts
  • Account health status

2.3 Usage Data

  • Pages visited and features used
  • Device and browser information
  • IP address and general location

  • To provide and maintain our Service
  • To generate AI-powered recommendations and insights for your Amazon business
  • To calculate profit margins, inventory forecasts, and performance metrics

  • To communicate with you about your account

4. Data Storage and Security

We store your data on secure servers using industry-standard encryption (AES-256 at rest, TLS 1.3 in transit). Amazon seller data is stored in encrypted databases and is never shared with third parties. We implement access controls, regular security audits, and automated threat detection.

5. Data Sharing

We do NOT sell your data. We only share data with:

  • Service providers: Hosting (Vercel/AWS), database (Supabase), payments (Stripe) — only as needed to operate the Service
  • AI providers: Anonymized/aggregated data may be sent to AI services (OpenAI) to generate recommendations. No personally identifiable seller data is shared.
  • Legal requirements: If required by law, court order, or government request

6. Amazon Data Handling

We comply with Amazon's Selling Partner API Data Protection Policy. Specifically:

  • We only access data that you explicitly authorize
  • Any Personally Identifiable Information (PII) of Amazon buyers (such as names or order details) accessed through Buyer Communication or Buyer Solicitation roles is used solely to facilitate seller-buyer communication and compliant review requests on behalf of the authorized seller
  • Buyer PII is encrypted at rest (AES-256) and in transit (TLS 1.3), stored only for the minimum period necessary, and is never shared with third parties, other sellers, or used for marketing purposes
  • Buyer PII is automatically deleted after 30 days or when no longer needed for its intended purpose
  • We do not share your Amazon data with other sellers or competitors
  • You can revoke access at any time through your Amazon Seller Central account
  • Upon account deletion, all Amazon data including any buyer PII is permanently removed within 30 days
  • Access to PII is restricted to essential system processes only — no human staff can view buyer PII

7. Your Rights

  • Access: Request a copy of your data
  • Correction: Update inaccurate information
  • Deletion: Request deletion of your account and all associated data
  • Disconnect: Revoke Amazon API access at any time
  • Export: Download your data in standard formats (CSV)

8. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you cancel your subscription, we retain data for 30 days (in case you reactivate), then permanently delete it. Financial records may be retained longer as required by tax law.

9. Cookies

We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. We do not use third-party advertising cookies. Analytics cookies (if used) are anonymized.
